The hotel is just beside the TCAT, and a metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a luxury hotel but rooms are dated, they need a renovation. The standard rooms are small. Breakfast is good. They offer free mineral water only in the deluxe rooms, taking a package in the executive floor they don't have this service in the standard... More

Location is a breeze and the hotel is designed to welcome the western visitor be it us invests or pleasure. I stayed on the executive floor with the drinks and lounge access which was nice. Room is big by Japanese standards and the bathroom is well stocked including hair oil for tired scalps!!!! All in all hard to fault

Arrived on a rainy day. The bus from Narita to the T-CAT was a breeze to negotiate and a gentle transition from air travel to city life. The walk to the hotel is very short; the second floor passage bypasses city traffic and is protected from the elements. The staff of the hotel are remarkably polite and nice. Sunday breakfast... This hotel just celebrated it 25th anniversary. It's a luxury hotel, despite its design reveals its age. Excellent service as always. Facilites: the swimming pool really needs update, as its walls appeared without tiles and rather scratched -definitely not nice to see. The gym is rather small but well equipped. Nice sauna and jacuzzi area. Breakfast on top floor: watch... More

Although this hotel is kinda old but it is still very well maintained and retained it's charm ! Room is spacious as we got ourselves a room on the executive floors. We have 2 little toddlers and the room is spacious for the 4 of us. Because of time constraint we did not get to visit the executive lounge on... More

I have stayed there 8 nights on a business trip to Tokyo. It is a great business hotel with impeccable service and clean and spacious room (15th floor) a rarity for Tokyo... Of course it comes at a hefty price (about USD200 /night). The bar on the 20th floor has great views of the City with Tokyo Tower in the... More

Royal Park biggest advantage is that it is connected to the Airport Bus Terminal in Tokyo. Cabs are seriously expensive in Tokyo. The location is good too, you good go for a good walk from 10 min to an hour. In fact at the reception you shall find a suggested walk route covering certain well known landmarks of the city.... This comfortable business hotel is located right next door to the Tokyo City Air Terminal (really a bus terminal). This location means you can grab a bus to the airport, a decent meal or cup of coffee without walking far. Since my time is Tokyo is work-oriented, I like the convenience this offers. The hotel and staff are excellent. Always... More

Japan isn't cheap, but by Japanese standards this hotel is very good value for money. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is the most outstanding feature of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, with all the facilities you need - and the air-conditioning works quietly and efficiently, unlike many other hotels. It is very conveniently located - just across the... More
