We stayed here after missing the last train back to Osaka. The men at the service desk were kind enough to realise we were in a desperate situation, not knowing Japanese or knowing any major landmarks in the area other than the train station and the Palace, so gave us their cheapest two-person room. Picked this hotel due to it's proximaty to Tokyo Station. It is not a tourist hotel, and we knew that going in. The rooms are super small.
