We stay in this hotel at the begining of April with our toddler daughter. Having a small kitchen was a big plus. Also the room was quite generous in space compared with the Japan standard so our toddler had a place to run and burn some energy. Room is Slightly old but japanese clean and maintained.

This apartment hotel in the heart of Tokyo was an excellent deal. Much larger than the average hotel room, at a fraction of the cost. Fifty feet from the nearest subway station (Nagatacho), and one stop from Roppongi, it was hard to beat the deal! Not the most modern appointments, but more than sufficient.

Couple and a 13 yr old stayed in the apartment. Roomy, with little kitchenette, small dining table, sitting area, extra bed included, and bathroom. Comfortable, with all amenities provided. Location is excellent with access to several metro lines within a few minutes walk. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant downstairs. Staff are exceptional!

Stayed at The Kitano Arms on two occasions, once in September 2005 and then December 2005 and have found it excellent both times. The connivence of having a kitchenette can't be underestimated.
