My family recently stayed here. The rooms are lovely, especially the huge living room where you can enjoy a drink in front of the fireplace. We received a very warm welcome and would definitely go back. I strongly recommend the Mill House.

Comfortable, warm and friendly. Great location. Good local pub food just 2 mins away and perfect breakfast before day 3 hike across border. Highly recommend a stay in friendly B&B, respecting your space, well respected in village.
Stayed for 5 nights in a lovely room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Clare and family were lovely hosts, would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting The Borders. Looking forward to our next visit.
On the St Cuthbert's Way and this was a great stopping point. Very comfortable and huge residents lounge, comfy beds all v clean and well done. Super breakfast couldn't fault it. I'm now just getting to the 200 characters but don't need to say more other than stay here.
We had occasion to stay only one night at this wonderful B&B located in the Scottish Borders. It's really rural, but you can't miss if you have the chance to stay there. It's a beautiful villa with very nice, jolly hosts. Clare went out of her way with directions and recommendations for the area, and we found nearby Kelso a...

Wonderful accommodation when meeting our friends at the end of their Pennine way walk. Comfortable, clean and very friendly. A stunning, busy family home, David and Claire made us very welcome, we really dont know how they do it. Full breakfast with toast, homemade jams and marmalade. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very good evening menu and cask beers at the...

Also a great breakfast which set us up perfectly for a day in the hills (try the home made jam). Nothing was too much trouble, and the...

Just what we needed at the end of hiking the Pennine Way - luxury! Clare greeted us at the door and promptly made dinner reservations for us at the local pub. Our room was wonderful - spacious, bright, clean and quiet. And, there was a power shower! The tea/coffee and biscuits hit the spot after a long way of walking....
