“Excellent keep it up”

The reception and treatment was absolutely fantastic. Keep it up!! Despite arriving late at midnight, someone was on hand to make sure I was properly checked in. The breakfast was superb and so was the cleanliness of the rooms. The TV services needs to improve though!!
