You pretty much know what you're getting with a Travelodge as the rooms are all alike. It was clean and comfortable - perfectly adequate for an overnight stay for 3 of us. Since you pay for the room, not per person, it works out at extremely good value. The only annoyance was the noisy extractor fan in the bathroom that... More

You truly get what you pay for! First room light didn't work door handle falling off curtains lost there blackout cover the kettle dripped all over the dressing table, window wouldn't shut properly after being opened for fresh air. We asked for the things to be fixed and on our return that evening we had been moved to another room-... More

We booked a family room for myself and a colleague to use while working on site nearby. It took three hours to use the online booking, being returned to the start page, or having it automatically change the hotel venue or dates as I progressed through the pages. The final attempt which was successful was correct up until the point... More

When you only pay £27 for a Travelodge then I don't think you can expect too much. The room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows were a bit slim but we asked for another one and that wasn't an issue. It is really easy to find and is a great location for St Neots and any Cath Kidston fan who... More

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day night while we visited family in the area and have used this lodge on several occasions. The main attraction for us is that they allow you to take dogs - although we paid more for the dogs than we did for us!!! The room was clean and the bedding... More

I stayed in this Tarvelodge for a week and to honest I was shocked how poor the place was. Points I noticed during my stay. 1. On entry, the cleanliness of the room was poor, cobwebs in the corners and dirty around the skirtingboard. 2. Defective extractor fan within the bathroom leading a high build up of mold. 3. Very... We stayed here in room 27 for the August Bank Holiday weekend. Unfortunately we did not have a good time: 1. We had a family room (sleeps 3+) for the two of us and were greeted in the room by 3 very pathetic pillows which had clearly been on a very strict diet (they barely filled a pillowcase). When we... We stayed here for one night en route to Norfolk. The only positive thing we can say is that it has a good location at the side of the A1. Bedding was clean, towels were clean but flat and hard, floor edges and corners were dirty, bathroom shelf had lost its sealer, toilet bowl was stained at the bottom. The... More

Stayed for one night recently and won't be back. The big problem was the cleanliness, or lack of it. The stairway up to the first floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered in weeks and there were some really disgusting stains and spillages on a lot of the steps. In the bedroom, the sofa had a big tear in it... More

Shabby beyond belief. No cups in the room and just one teabag. Curtains were hanging off the rail. Bed linen was ripped. Reception very uninterested in you as a customer. Worse still, although we slept on top - bed bugs - I was bitten alive !! Horrible.
