Great room, really warm helpful hosts and good breakfast. Had a very relaxing one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Close to Bath and we found we could drive in easily and look at all the sights we wanted to.

My parents and I stayed here for 2 nights. Location is away from city but accessible by First bus 13, and there's a bus stop (Dover's Park) just 5 minutes away. The couple who owns this B&B are very nice and friendly. It was a great price and a very clean place. It is a easy bus ride into bath and the Pub down the street was so great we were repeat customers. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was a decent size. I would come back here again.

Stayed for 3 nights in March '13. This is a great B & B, great value with a great breakfast. Host was very helpful. Great location to explore Bath and surrounding area. We ate at the Crown pub on 2 evenings - very good food.

Lovely B&B just outside Bath. Warm and homely, rooms were large with new en suite facilities.
