Excellent in all respects. Beautiful view over the lake and the countryside; large and comfortable room and a very good breakfast. The farmhouse is set amongst the ruins of Merevale Abbey, where Henry VII stayed before the Battle of Bosworth, and the experience for us was both peaceful and welcoming. Much recommended.

Lovely friendly and homely. Stayed for 2 nights in a very large room with kingsize bed. Breakfast was lovely and well cooked. Grounds have some great views and would have liked to have explored the ruins in the garden but weather was bad, hopefully next time we stay weather will be better.
