Like all sheratons it's has great service. ThE staff at the front counter were great and spoke adequate English. The rooms were very spacious especially the bathrooms. Stayed with a group on a tour of the Island. All staff very good and helpful. Plenty to choose from buffet breakfast . Comfortable bed and room kept very clean. Some distance from Catania but did see a shuttle bus.

Kind enough to allow us early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge.There is a good variety at breakfast. The Hotel Sheraton in Catania was a very nice, clean, comforatable hotel. We had a very pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are very clean and the staff are polite and accomodating. The hotel offers free breakfast which was very good with a great selection. The Sheraton sits right accross the street from the beach and has great views.
