When we approached the hotel we rather wondered what we'd booked. Its surrounded by a working farm with plastic tunnels for growing. However when you get there its amazing. We spent a night here and thorughly enjoyed the food and wine. Limited choice but excellent quality. Fantastic service, Salvatore is a true professional. We had a great stay and would go back again ( the children were also well taken care of, with the chef preparing them specials meals). Their biological honey, jams and olive oil are fabulous!
