Everything is perfect, beautiful rooms and great panorama. The staff is kind and nice. This is the best hotel you can find in this wonderful place far from the noisy traffic, specially if you go with your partner! Also for amazing parties and wedding parties.

Stayed 2 nights recent thanks to delays by United. All in all an excellent hotel. Service : staff were excellent, very friendly and desk staff all spoke impeccable English. I am here in CHI at least 4 times a year and this is my hotel of choice..... It isn't a Westin anymore, and you can see the decline in quality accordingly, but it is still a good choice.
