Lovely, cheerful, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Excellent food. Only one draw back for me I would have loved a bath and not a shower. We were made to feel so welcome. Overall we had a lovely stay. We will be back!

Great spa facilties, kids welcome, good prices, great rooms which are very modern. Family room great. Breakfast good but sausage very cheap meat. Near Drayton Manor. Will be back. Would recommend. Not many hotels at this price of such excellent quality.
