We stayed at Kilcarragh House in May 2010. It was about 6:00 PM and we were tired and wanted to travel no further. The price we paid was the highest that we paid at a Bed and Breakfast our entire time in Ireland. The location is on the edge of town which provided a quiet and dark surounding for sleep....

This B & B is off the radar of most, but it's close to town and has a lovely hostess, Nuala! who is fantastic. The breakfast was great and the home is very comfortable. Beds were also the best we'd encountered. Highly recommend this place for starting off the Burren adventures.
