We went to Alacati on a last minute whim and what a great move it was. With no booking we found ourselves at the Sailor's Hotel on the main street of. After seeing a number of other rooms around town, the nicely appointed, clean and atmospheric feeling made our decision easy. Gulay, the manager is fantastic. She was helpful and... More

Spent an off-season extended weekend in the hotel last week. A heavens secluded from the madding crowds of Alaçatı, yet at the city center Sailors and Sailors Bahce (Garden) are both an experience to remember. Gulay Tokgoz is an impeccable host and their breakfast is a feast.

We stayed at the Sailor's Hotel for one night in the low season of January. Despite it being low season, I still found Alacati a beautiful place to visit. Sailors hotel is located on the main street of this little sleepy town attached to a cafe owned by the same people. We arrived in the morning and although the rooms... More

This past summer I was lucky enough to spend time traveling throughout turkey for 3 weeks. During my time there, and staying at over 10 hotels/ bed & breakfast's, this was without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip. The staff was so friendly, once while I was out with some traveling companions enjoying a glass of scotch... More

First of all, there are 2 branches to this hotel, one on the main street and one on a side street 5 minutes away. A friend and I stayed in the side street one, a quaint 2-story boutique hotel.. It's only a short walk to the lively restaurant, bar and shopping street yet it's very quiet, being in a residential... More

We were greeted upon arrival with fresh fruits and sangria. This was a sign of the great hospitality to come during our stay at this magnificent bed and breakfast. The breakfasts were superb, the accommodations very spacious and home-like, and the staff extremely friendly. There are two courtyards, each with ample seating for outdoor relaxation. The location is ideal too... More

A great place. Accommodations are excellent, rooms are incredible, comfortable, and a part of history. Hotel staff are super friendly, and will make you feel at home during your stay. Two nights at the hotel were just not enough, I will be going back, bringing my family and friends. THANK YOU SAILOR OTEL!

The staff at the hotel is wonderful, very friendly, and that is just the beginning. The rooms are so cozy, with many different options for rooms, from single bedrooms to a room looking over the main square and a a small villa, which is where I stayed. The villa that I was in was beautifully decorated, with a nice courtyard... More

This hotel was absolutely great! The breakfast spread was divine, homemade jellys and jams. My "room" was basically a villa with a full kitchen and was around the corner from the quaintest nicedt village roads. The bars and restaurants were amazing with great seafood and fresh salads. The Sailors Hotel was a great example of Turkish hospitality at its finest.... More
