We stayed at the ryokan in June 2012. Everything was just perfect.
Room: We stayed at the 'cheapest' room but it was still very spacious for the two of us. Neat and tidy. The staff had prepared everything for our arrival, including switching on the air-conditioner and the machine that humidify the room, filling the onsen with hot spring water...
