We stayed there in June 2012. The hotel is lovely, and the staff couldnt be nicer. The buffets (lunch and breakfast) we very large and some food was available for Westerners. In a city of over 8 million - there is not a lot of English spoken or heard there. But I found that there was always a staff person...
