Room was just adequate (although it was clean) for the price paid. Front desk reception not friendly or particularly helpful. We bought the breakfast and were extremely disappointed - way over priced for what was offered on the "buffet". Coffee cold, pastries left over from prior day, toaster did not work, etc. Service left much to be desired.

We booked a room. We were led to the top floor room, where we discovered a worn out mattress, lumpy pillows, an ill- fitting curtain and swelteringly hot room. For the first time in my life, we actually walked out and booked into another hotel. Sadly, the only critical element of a hotel - the bed - was unacceptable.

Very nice, quaint hotel on the main street in Carentan. Convenient to Utah & Omaha touring..about 20 minutes from Bayeux. Very nice, helpful staff..the rooms are clean-ours was small, but not too small. Walls are a little thin, so ear plugs are handy. No elevator, so keep that in mind when having to lug a bag up a spiral staircase.... More

Stayed at this hotel for eight nights,although small our room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. An excellent breakfast every morning.The young lady Carine was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Carine also had lots of information about the area and places to visit. Worth while going back to this hotel. Also convenient car parking very useful.

Stay one night in this small hotel,finding it basic but pleasant.The lady on reception was Very welcoming and informative.The room although small was spotlessly clean and tidy,We had breakfast,this being plentyful to start your day. For a short stay would recommend,being excellent value for money.
