When we arrived the receptionist was friendly and found our resevation quickly. We were advised about how the all inclusive worked and where the facilitoies were located in the hotel. Very good 3 star accommodation, couldn't speak Spanish but sign language worked.Neat and tidy. Food was Great. The only problem was that the Showers were small, but manageable. Hotel is close to the Beach.
