It was a nice place, a beautiful house but the highway was terrible. it blocked the great view and the noise was sometimes very loud. The rooms were very spacious and very nice furbished. and also very clean! Bathroom was ok. There was a nice terrace with table and chairs. The airco made a terrible noise and couldn't be fixed.... The biggest issue with the hotel is the Florence to Rome motorway which is only a short distance away. So one side of the hotel is noisey. This includes the pool area. Villa was perfect. Quiet, near beautiful cities to visit such as florence, lucca, siena. Family owned villa. People were friendly and treated you like a member of the family. Of note the food is cooked by the wife of the owner is an spectacular. Planning to stay there again.
