"Took the four hour husky safari with my girlfriend. Lots of fun, highly recommended!
I was afraid that four hours might be too much, but it went by fairly quickly. Halfway through we had salmon soup for lunch and switched drivers (basically controlling the speed with brakes). You get all the clot..."hes from the organizers, but it can still get pretty cold. My girlfriend had her skiing jacket and pants PLUS overalls provided to us, and then it was ok at around -10C.
The guides are leading the group on snowmobiles and there are other guides riding alongside in snowmobiles, so if there are any problems with dogs getting tangled up or going in the wrong direction, the guides are right there to help.

Runs are just long enough to ski hard and befo...

"Bus or walk, nice cafe and reasonable prices. One problem is that the ski store room is down concrete steps and it is very icy and dangerous to go up and down"
