"This is a complete package tour and is a 'DONT MISS'. A vehicle picks you up from your accommodation, takes you to the train station where you board the TransAlpine for Arthurs Pass railway station. Here you're picked up by 4wdrive Tussock Explorer and taken across beautiful country to Flock Hill Lo..."dge for a 3 course lunch. After relaxing its off through hills, across sheep country to Pig Gully and the Waimakariri River. Pick up the allweather jet boat and travel downstream through the gorge for about 15km to historic Woodtock Station for afternoon tea at the secluded Hamilton Lodge.Last leg takes you back across the Hamilton Plains and finally to Christchurch and your accommodation. Its the most unique trip we have been on and we enjoyed every moment.
