  "Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge is really beautiful. The beach was nice and was not littered with people. Everything is very clean. I recommend renting a bike in Chincoteague, and utilizing the bike trails. It's a lot of fun. I did not prepare myself for the bugs that I would encounter. The mo..."squitoes and horseflies are horrible and I was eaten alive. Even after applying deet the bugs would still get me. I was looking forward to seeing the lighthouse, but it was closed off due to renovation. Also tours to Tom's Cove were not opened. It was fun but after a few days it gets old. This is not a week vacation. I would only spend a few days. " More >
