The current is so swift that surprisingly little paddling is needed ( the guide does most of the paddling). This would be a nice trip for first time rafters with young children.   "While my husband and I and another couple enjoyed the white water rafting, our most favorite experience was the Mountain Top Zipline Adventure. This is a SERIOUS zipline, but even the faint of heart (like me) can really enjoy it thanks to the expert staff and the excellent equipment provided. (Spe..."aking of equipmpent, NOC also provides all the equipment you will need to do most all their adventures.) Our guides were "Sparky" and Charlie and they spent all the time necessary to suit us up and train us to do the zipline. They were fun, funny and kind to everyone, while also being professional in their jobs of making sure it was a SAFE trip. I am afraid of heights, but I made it through the 8 ziplines (one is 1/2 mile long) thanks to their encouragement. The price may seem a little steep, but I promise you it is so worth it that you'll want to go again! A special thanks to Kevin as well, who treated us like old friends.
