The rates are reasonable for 27 holes, for a group rate it was under $100 per man (including lunch), many daily fee courses in our area are more than that for..." 18 holes (with no lunch). The course was in good condition for having as much rain as we did prior to our scheduled date. The fairways were pretty clean (leaf free), at the start of fall this can be quite a chore. The greens were in good shape (despite people not knowing how to fix ball marks). This all helped our group to play at a good pace of play. It is a good course with some nice views. It will never be mistaken for some of the classic courses that New York offers, it is better than most, and it is a fair test and an enjoyable layout that makes for a good round of golf.
