I recommend bringing you're own water/snacks and leaving them in the car, to grab between courses. Also, a small camera that you can easily attach to yourself in a way that won't get in the way of your climbing is great, I have some really cool pics of myself and my guy as we worked our way through the course.   "enjoyed the nature trails with an excellent view of Lake George from high up an easy climb. also enjoyed the "pond life" program. Staff very friendly and we learned a lot. fun catching tadpoles and frogs during the program. they care a lot about teaching people abut nature. "
