Ticket lines moved fast and the spaces were great. The only thing that was confusing and frustrating to us was attempting to find the area we were supposed to be in. There was clear signage for only one event, and the others we just had to mosey and ask around until we got to the right place which was frustrating, especially with so many other events going on. It is not just the doctors who make this facility so impressive; it's actually all the other people you ..."meet. The receptionists who remember you and are very polite. Tiffany on the 14th in the Mayo building is fantastic! The people who stop by to play the piano and sing. There were a few young ladies with beautiful voices. I interacted with several nurses and support personnell in my recent 3 visits. Very efficient system for the amount of people they see. Dr Alexander in GI is a real down to earth physician who is very considerate of "you". He remembered me and stated I have seen you down in the lobby and subway level a few times.
