We tour the Studebaker Museum every other year because we support their mission. We stop on our trip to Florida.
This years visit included a bunch of homeschoolers who were in attendance. It livened the place up and that was fine with us. We always look for any changes since our last visit.
We spent more than 1.5 hours looking things over then headed south.
Good way to spend a couple of hours……..stop it. Lots of history there.

This was a multi benefit weekend:
    - My wife returning home, who was born & raised in South Bend.
    - The magnificent campus to walk around, with the lakes.
    - Seeing the "Golden Dome", the administration building.
    - On "Football Friday" you can get a reservation to walk down the tunnel where the
players enter. And you get access to the end zone.
    - The game day is full with the band, and the players' walk to the stadium.
    - Go to the game in one of the most historical stadiums.
    - We sat in section 1, over the tunnel, and next to the Student Section. It was great
seeing the team enter the field below us. The students almost never sit during the
game. Then after the game, the team comes to the Student Section, and joins
    singing the Alma Mater.
    - Then dinner at Tippecanoe Place, the former home of the Studebaker Automobile
family. A magnificent stone house, with fabulous wood paneling inside.

We were privileged to attend Mass here & get a seat. The experience was practically supernatural. The basilica is breathtakingly beautiful! Words & pictures do not do it justice. It will touch your soul. I defy anyone to walk in here & not believe in God.

Absolutely stunning. If visiting Notre Dame for any reason it’s worth a quick stop. They ask for a $3 donation to replace candles if you use one.

We had the best time at the Notre Dame football game! Such a fun and friendly atmosphere! The marching band was fabulous as well. Would love to go again!

The tour of the Oliver mansion was interesting. There are stairs involved, so be warned. Overall, the tour was well worth seeing how the upper level lived!

My nephew’s wedding cocktail hour was held in the lobby… a spectacular venue! The reception was in the ballroom… also an amazing venue.

My Ohio family visited and had fun rafting at the East Race. It is very reasonably priced entertainment. It also enabled my grandchildren to spend time in the great outdoors.

Went as family and met up husbands work group.
Great game with plenty of entertainment all around. Water park and inflatables for kids. Delicious food especially the philly steak nachos.
Highly recommend for a great family day.

Very nice zoo. You can spend most of a day there. Food available at a reasonable price. The train ride is nice. Most parking is in the shade. A kids park is across the street.

The Compton Family Ice Arena is a great venue for hockey! I had not been to a Notre Dame hockey game since before this venue had opened and what a pleasant surprise it was for us. It starts with extremely easy parking that left us with a very short walk to the entrance of the facility. There is not a bad seat in the venue and you feel like you are right on the ice! This may have been because it was winter break at the university, but they invited all attendees to move to the lower section after the first period. That was just one of many nice touches by the staff at the game.
