  "We have visited the Mighty Eighth Museum and have watched the museum grow over the past several years. We have a family member who served in WWII and we love to make the visit with him. A great treat is when his great grandchildren come too. There are exhibits of interest to ALL ages. There ..."are some hands on exhibits for the children. A B-17 Bomber has been restored in one exhibit area. We appreciate the fact that many of the volunteer guides were former members of the Air Force during WWII. There are movies galore along with a plethora of items from the different theaters of the war. One movie that is very moving places you inside the cockpit of a fighter plane; there are lots of noise and flashing lights and may not be suitable for very young children. Be sure to visit the gardens outside, as well as a chapel, and other plane exhibits. Anyone interested in WWII will be enthralled with this place.   "Bring the whole family here for bowling, laser tag, games or just hanging out. Teens have to have an adult after about 9 or 9:30 but some still try and go alone. Its a great place for fun family time. Make sure you dont go on a league night, best to call ahead. "
