The welcome center told us about the river walk. You can stroll along the banks and enjoy the peaceful waterfalls, ducks playing in the water ..."and children playing in the fountain. It was clean and quiet and a short walk. Several walking bridges can take you to the opposite side of the banks. There are a few shops, restaurants and green areas and a veterans memorial.   "Nice zoo."
  "Pueblo Zoo is nice for a city the size of Pueblo. There is a large varety of animals and programs the keepers do. They are working on a new Black Rhino exhibit. The penguin feeding was cool to see. The Eco Center was great. This is a great place to spend a few hours."
