  "Making the best choice when it comes to a dive shop in Koh Tao is quite a task given the myriad of options. Many of them have 5 star ratings on tripadvisor and most of them have very similar price points for dives/courses. After contacting over a dozen shops, spending countless hours doing online ..."research, we decided to go with Impian. The owner, Robert is an extremely friendly and laid back guy. He is very accessible around the dive shop and more than accommodating to all of his students. While we were there, my girlfriend and I were taking different courses – but we also wanted to check out a full moon party at Koh Phan Ngan. We were able to start our courses, take two days off to hit the full moon party, and return later to finish up. Courses are small and students receive personalized attention both in the classroom and in the water. They have their own boat which fits just under 30 at capacity – perfect size in my opinion.
