"We did the hole in the rock half day tour from Pihia. Big boat but not many people because of the time of year. Was good for us as it meant there was plenty of space in the indoor bit for our double pushchair. Saw a massive pod of dolphins, some of which swam along with the boat very closely. Also s..."aw some seals and the hole in the rock. A little expensive but a good way to see the BOI. Staff friendly and knowledgable. Glad we did it.

"The quality of the facilities and the staff at Waitangi were amazing. It is a site every British visitor to NZ should visit to develop an understanding of the colonial past. The Maori staff were excellent and very knowledgeable about the site and left one with a great sense of optimism. The 'Cultura..."l Experience' was very well done, with genuinely beautiful singing and dancing - believe me, I have seen a few around the world and this was one of the best.
