"Spent a week in Cortina at the beginning of February. Only my second time ski-ing so was quite nervous about the trip so i decided to book some private lessons.
I found this school through an internet search and liked their site so decided to book.6 hours of lessons, 2 hours each morning over 3 co..."nsecutive days, 55 euro per hour paid in advance.
Davide Mian was my instructor for the 6 lessons and he was FANTASTIC. He collected me each morning from my hotel (and also gave my boyfriend a lift) to take me to the best slopes for beginners. He was happy to give my boyfriend lots of advice on where to go for the best black runs.
With his patient yet encouraging instruction i was on red runs by the end of the the 3rd day. (This felt like quite an achievement considering I was such a big scaredy cat to start off with!!)
As a result i am now looking forward to going ski-ing again.
I would highly recommend this very professional company. They also have discount rates at the ski hire sto...

"My family and I arrived in Cortina D'Ampezzo with no ski gear as our trip from Australia was not planned. Across the road from our Hotel Ambra and the closest ski hire to the Faloria cable car we found the smiling boss, Paolo who welcomed us to his store. The experience began with he and his two very..." helpful female staff members who immediately recommended the respective skis and boots and tuned them all overnight awaiting our collection in the morning. The pricing was very attractive and we have returned to increase the size of one of my daughter's skis where they very happily arranged newly waxed skis. Paolo also provided us with maps of the ski area and recommended where we should ski. He also provided me with a suggested meal being the local Cortina plate called ,Casunziel which I highly recommend. A ski hire shop that provided so much more than skis. I Highly recommend them based on the best service. He is a good bloke too!
