  "We came with a large group (35) in October (the end of the season - before it opens for skiing) for a family lunch. We had the fondue and made a special request to have the hot tub open (it normally is closed that time of year or may only be open to hotel guests - so check if that is on your to do..." list). The hot tube has a spectacular view of the glacier but only fits about 6 adults at a time. The staff was excellent - they were constantly filling glasses and checking on us without hovering. The food for the entire table was brought out all together. It was the best fondue we had in Switzerland. The view of the glacier was slightly obscured by the clouds, but you can not control the weather. They made sure that we understood that once out of the hot tub we must drink something hot or alcoholic in order to prevent some sense of shock from being at that altitude.   "Small, easily traversed. Liked the long runs.all lodge was cozy, welcoming. Trunk of Glacier Express was a fun way to get here. Liked the strong sunlight, relatively uncrowded slopes.Seemed to have more of a local crowd, repeat customers."
