"We had read the mixed reviews online prior to visiting and decided to go anyway because we were in the area. The museum is run in what seems to be a typical schedule in St-Malo. All of the visits for attractions seem to be scheduled for a couple of hours a day, in the middle of the afternoon. "This is really worth exploring as it provides an excellent picture of Brittary's coastline. We we constrained by weather so we only walked a short section of this trail. However, this is a photgrapher's dream! One caveat - the location of the trail is not always obvious - sometimes it winds through ..."what seems like someone's back yard and we were not sure we should proceed until locals came walking by with their dogs. A second caveat, picking up one's dog's poop is not the norm in Brittany, although the cities try to encourage it. Watch where you step.

However, this enabled us to really appreciate the e..."xtent of the restoration done to this church, and by extension, to the intra muros city. Look up the history on the internet prior to visiting - it will greatly enhance the visit.
