- Meander342288199398 contributionsGorgeous little church in a lovely village! Well worth a visit, the trees are magical almost as if pulled straight from a book, the stained glass windows are gorgeous and the information throughout the church is fascinating, some of the Graves are hundreds of years old.Written 14 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dave FTaipei, Taiwan170 contributionsWe visited the Cotswolds over Christmas time 2023. We drove around to many of the villages around the Cotswolds. Stow on the Wold and Broadway were our favorites. Highly recommendWritten 7 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Simon CWatford39 contributionsStow is a hub for the affluent tourist so don't expect amazing bargains. Never mind. This shop is crammed with vintage household items and curiosities so you could easily spend two hours just browsing - imagining (ordinary or not) past lives behind well worn objects and their price tags. A rambling museum of up-market bric-a-brac with plenty of cherished treasures too.Written 19 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Angelo SHilliard, OH3,630 contributionsVisitor center and historical building all in one! Solid information about the area shops, eateries, and places to stay. We arrived early on Saturday morning and had Stow to ourselves but the American tourists were pulling up by the coach load.
We walked over to the unprotected stocks which are situated on an open patch of grass with benches surrounding..... This wonderful piece of history needs looking after urgently...... They are in serious disrepair and would benefit from a metal fence for protection purposes.

It’s become a regular habit and we love the paintings. Sometimes we just browse and sometimes we buy. They seem to change the paintings regularly and we really like the variety of artists.Written 3 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
