  "This was a birthday gift for my wife. I joined her too to do the spa baths with her. She has done this many times before and this is my first. The woman at reception was welcoming. The locker room is neet and tidy. They give you two towels, one you must keep to shower after. You go in the Sauna then..." cold bath then do hot, cold, hot, cold. But being a person who hates the cold and freezing temperatures, i spent most of the time in the warmer baths and jacuzzis. I couldn't last 30 seconds in the cold baths. It's too,too cold! There are multiple areas where you can just sit or lie down and relax. My wife found me in the Zero Gravity Room passed out. I was at peace! For sure i'm doing this again! " More >
