Beautiful beach, but much better if you stay in a resort. It is crowded with them. We stayed in a regular hotel and had to search for "public" areas. Some of them were crowded with sellers, others were dirty.

The coral reefs for snorkeling are amazing!!!! I loved everything about it. I did wish it wasn't so crowded. It turns out we went over spring break. Oops.
it is close to fishing village in Bayahibe. you will find some nice stores along beach and some bars. must see place when in Bayahibe
a small beach squeezed between all inclusive resorts. Safe but a little dirty. really nice sand and relatively calm water with little current. good for children under supervision
