We liked the village for meals, and then got out of the crowds on long hikes in the beauty of Yosemite Valley.

The the store, the park itself and the international crowd who go there makes this place so special. I like visiting the store and buying Yosemite tees or hats there.

The Village has a little something for everyone. The largest grocery store in the valley, typical touristy souvenirs, ice cream, fast food, mountain wear store, cell service, an ATM, restrooms and a view of Yosemite Falls. this place is one of the best natural places i have ever been too. i missed the sunset on Bridal falls. this would of been a beautiful site. the cabin was very comfortable. the food was good, the people who work in the Park were fantastic. i recommend this place to everyone.

This is where to visitor center is. It also has a very well stocked grocery store, gift shops and places to eat. There are exhibits to stroll through and galleys to view art. You can jump on a free bus that takes you all around valley with multiple stops for views or hiking or picnic spots.

Since a lot of people camp at Yosemite, this place is phenomenal for all your needs. The General Store is just a great place for souvenirs and other essentials. I love the Village. There is so much here and in the winter, less people to get around. This past spring/summer, the General Store upgraded their grocery store. It is just awesome! If you are staying in the park, or just outside the park, this is where you need to get your food. They have almost everything!
