There are so many opictuers of the falls out there that you don't need mine - we didn't make the hike to the falls but looked up at it from the road and Visitor's center area. Magestic to say the least.

Just amazing, the shear fop volume of water and the height was a wow. Great close up and also in the wider setting of the valley
The Lower Falls are approx a 10 minute walk from the main car park & the view you get is amazing considering the little effort needed. Walking across the bridge & feeling the spray off the rocks from the waterfall makes you embrace the nature around you. The Upper Falls takes about 1 hour at least to make it halfway...

One of the best and oldest hikes in the valley and should not be missed, especially if you want to see another perspective of the valley and its terrific domes and peaks. Many find this hike to be strenuous and I would agree in elevation gain but it is doable for many novice hikers as well. A lot of switch...

Lower Yosemite Falls is clearly one of the most accessible trails in the park. In fact, it's wheelchair accessible. Prepare for blowing mist during the spring snowmelt. If you are lucky, you may see a black bear wandering in the area!

The small walk around the lower yosemite falls area was gorgeous. I highly recommend going in the morning. We practically had the place to ourselves. The day before we hiked up the strenuous trail to the upper yosemite falls and it was beautiful, this small trail topped it off with wonderful photo opportunities.
We visited the falls on a cloudy day and were rewarded with a nice reflection in the calm water, later we saw the falls on a beautiful blue sky day and it was breath taking. You feel the ground shake from the power of the water. Whether you hike in or just view from the bridge or other viewpoints...this has...

For a great hike head to the top of Yosemite Falls. The hike is around 7 miles round trip with a 2700 ft elevation. The last mile to the top is the most challenging, but the views are incredible and you can walk across a bridge over the water before it pours over the falls.
