This place is gorgeous. I hired the snorkeling gear from the store at the bay. Snorkelling there is amazing. I got to swim with a sea turtle!! I couldn't believe it.

Nice place to Snorkel and minimal entrance fee. See lots of different fishes. Nice view from top. Will come back again and stay for longer time.

Hanauma Bay is a short drive fro Waikiki. The Bay is absolutely gorgeous. The short film is very educational and enjoyable. We brought our own snorkels and masks, opting to leave the fins at home for our long flight. This was perfect. The reef is quite shallow. Overall, a really fun and beautiful place.

Would have given it 5 stars but there are hidden costs. $1 to drive into park. $7.50 per person to get into bay. $2 to ride shuttle down hill and back up to get to bay. Also, you have to watch a 30 minute film before you go down to the bay.

So much fun! The water is very salty, which helps you float to snorkel. Lockers to put your things in, we brought our own food in - recommend doing this!

this place is the best place to snorkel and just relax on the beach! the views from the top of the cliffs are just amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing this place if you see anything!!!

Beautiful beach, and the Snorkeling is great for beginners. It is easy to learn to snorkel here because you can stay in shallow water at most times and still see some pretty awesome fish.
