Amazing . See what mother nature is able to provide for us to see... A natural wonder
This is a neat attraction. Best to see right after snow run off -- spring time best time. In the background see the Flagstaff peaks and you drive around sunset crater. It is a pretty drive and makes an adventure to find the falls. A bit tricky to find the dirt road -- but worth the drive. Take a picnic... More
You really have to be there after a monsoon episode, or during the spring run-off. But then it is spectacular. Take the effort to walk down to the bottom and feel the mist. The road is a little bumpy, but not a problem even for passenger cars.
Gotta go in the Spring, give yourself time to drive and drive and drive appearing to go no where. And then....BOOM! Really cool place to visit.
Many places to walk and visit and see the river. Call ranger to make sure there is water flowing in the river and the long dirt road is passble

We had read about a little wash board on the dirt road. But I must say that is an understatement. The entire road is washboard... More
Difficult to find. After you make the turn onto the dirt road, you will swear that you are going the wrong way. There could not be a waterfall out here! But, be patient. It's there & it's a wild one. Well worth the ride. Plan on spending at least a 1/2 hour to see it from all angles. Bring a... More

This huge falls gushes nearly 200 feet down and about 600 across; the water is very muddy and looks like coffee with cream! Difficult to find, though. From Townsend-Winona Road, take County 419/Leupp Rd until you arrive at Navaho... More

My wife and I went there and we where blown away by the beuaty of the mass waterfalls. We where the only ones out there besides 5 free horses on the other side of the river. The road... More
