A beautiful building with loads of local art on the walls. And it's interesting to see where laws are made.

This is actually a fabulous art gallery of wonderful western art. A map is free and the personnel working there are very helpful and informative. The architecture is a beautiful reflection of the native style.

Not only is this building architecturally interesting but the artwork inside is amazing. You walk around the hallways in circles (you can't get lost) and see the most amazing works for free.

The art displayed (all my New Mexican artists) within the NM Capitol is amazing! Not to be missed. You may tour it on your own or phone/go online to book a tour. A must see!!! And, free of charge!

What perhaps is the very best place to see the work of New Mexico artists is the capital. The halls of every floor are filled with this work and some of the best. Find the information desk at one of the enterances and ask for a tour. A guide will be provided at no charge. An example of good government.
