There's literally something for just about everyone in or directly around this park. From the Witty Museum to the San Antonio Zoo. It would be easy to spend a few days here and conveniently enough you can actually camp IN the park to do it not that I have, I usually visit the park in the evenings with my lightsaber... More

Brack is alway so crowded during Easter. But it is a great time to go if your young and want to party. I enjoy it during the other quieter times.

Every great city has a wonderful park at it's heart. This is San Antonio's. The sum is greater than it's parts. This is another place you can go to several times and not repeat yourself. That's one of the things I love about the town. Well loved by natives and tourists.

Brackenridge Park is a prodominate park in the heart of San Antonio and funded mainly due to the San Antonio Zoo being right in the mist of it. It has an unique mini railroad also. Picnic tables with grills of the concrete type. Swimming in the San Antonio River parts that flow through it is not recommended for anyone. The... More

This park isn't really for biking or challening hikes however it is very special and great for walking. It is the best park in SA for the kiddos. It is right next to the zoo so the little train passes through it. You can ride the train or just roam around on foot. There is water with fish, lots of... More

Very convenient to central downtown, cookouts and beautiful scenery, as well as museums, foods and entertainment. I usually start here and bike all the way to the south side through the river walk, I recommend it if you have direction, endurance and time on your hands. There's security and lots to do at the park. Even in a vehicle, or... More

Brackenridge is clean, spacious and fun for the puppies. If you need a place for the family to gather for a picnic, this is the place! There is a train that kids can ride, my nephews loved it.

Brack is the park to go to in S A. It is huge with plenty of places to have a bbq or picnics. A great place to have your childs birthday party! Visit the zoo, ride the train, feed the ducks, walk the trails, maybe even cruise around the park in your car! There are a few pavillions you can... More
