Worth the time and the money. Best twelve dollars I spent all week. Great views, great photo ops. Friendly staff. Good ride.

This tram takes you up to a mountain top that overlooks Estes Park. The cars are mostly closed but not completely. An attendant makes the ride with you. There are some trails and picnic tables at the top, along with a gift and snack shop. This is a nice diversion but I enjoyed the tram at Breckenridge more.

I've been coming to Estes for 20 years and only a few weeks ago went up on the tram. The little red box isn't spacious, but the ride is smooth and fast. The views from the top are magnificent and well worth the price. The temps, at least in June, are pleasant as you're only around 8000+ feet. You can... More

Aerial Tramway was fun enough - who doesn't like ascending hundreds of feet in a little box! The real fun thing to do though, is to buy peanuts and feed the fat chipmunks at the top as you look over Estes Park and RMNP. These guys (the chipmunks) aren't afraid of anything and will come right up to you! Not... More

I have visited the tramway twice. The view from the top is nice and it is fun for the kids to see the chipmunks and feed them peanuts. The gift shop is overpriced.

OK the ride on the tram was cool and you could get some pretty pictures riding in it and once on the mountain you could get pictures of Estes Park from high up. You can feed the chipmunks peanuts which I am not sure is a good thing as they should be wild animals. My complaint is that the gift... More

Lots of fun. Views are terrific. Feeding the chipmunks and just relaxing at the top of the mountain was a terrific time. Strongly recommended.

Beautiful views from all directions at the top. View finders available for closer looks at the surrounding areas. Lots of friendly, hungry birds & chipmonks want to be fed...this is fun for kids! (take your own peanuts to feed animals because it's expensive to buy them at the top!) Really amazing scenery. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

A visit to Estes Park was very interesting,at the top of this mountain, there is snow, you can feel the different change of weather during your visit. There is wild life in the lower part, simply beautiful. One must adjust to the high altitude, but the sceenerary is great. Shopping stores are located a few miles from this location, food and other convenient... More

We have several small children and this was a great excursion. The views from the top are incredible, and there are numerous area to hike around and climb on the rocks. Be sure to take or buy some peanuts, the chipmunks will eat right out of your hand! The top is somewhat stroller friendly, and there are several picnic table... More
