We played the Emerald Course in Wailea last week and it is one of the most beautiful golf courses we've ever played. It's a tough course with lots of bunkers in the fairways, but still a lot of fun to play. Lots of scenic views from many holes. The staff treat you like an important patron. We'll play there again.

would prefer to not used a cart-like to walk.greens in good condition-did not like people cleaning off clubs after play-felt no choice but to have this service for yet more money/tips.

Even though it is not cheap and not easy to find discount tee times, this place is an example of you get what you pay for. Great courses (both Emerald and Gold are great), immaculate maintenance, great views, etc. You must splurge at least once to play here. There is no better place to golf on Maui.

Played the Emerald course twice this week and it was truly enjoyable. The people running the place are extremely nice and welcoming. The range, pro shop, etc. setup are all easy and the course is in great shape. Pace of play was very nice as they seem to stagger groups well - both rounds were done in 4 hours 15... More

Course was immaculate. Well groomed. Difficulty was moderate. Views were stunning, especially the view from #1. Played in large shotgun, well organized, everything was ready for us, including box lunch.

All three courses are great in their own way. The Blue is the easiest and wide open, the Emerald and the Gold have lots of sand traps and are much more difficult, but they are also in the best condition.

The view of the golf course and ocean was mesmorizing. Third time back in 3 years of vacations and I expect we'll continue to enjoy this spot on our next trip.

Just finished playing the Gold course....Great course...very scenic...great staff. Greens were running 11 on the stimpmeter and were in great shape altho very difficult to read. Apparently the break on the greens will change as the day goes on. Tough to get use to that. Course and bunkers, of which there are many, were in very good shape. Fantastic pro... More

Played the Gold course on Saturday 2/23. Course was in fantastic shape. Greens putted really true. Pace was good. More expensive than Makena (my favorite in South Maui) by a little, and service is a little formal. But great overall experience.
