Last week was the first time I have been in the Weinberg Center in many many years. This visit was to hear a guest speaker in their annual series, and I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The Theater appears to have been completely restored to its original beauty, and yet is equipped with all the modern technology needed... More

Since its renovation it's a great little theater in the heart of Frederick. All the seats are good seats, plenty of parking in and around the town. Before or after the show a lot of places within 25 yards to eat and drink. If its raining you can park in the garage behind it and stay covered walking thru the... More

Saw Bela Fleck and the Flectones here. Loved it. The only bad thing is that, as with any older theatre, the aisels are narrow and you have to climb over your neighbor. Otherwise, charming and intimate!

Such a beautiful theatre. Recently refurbished and bringing back to its glory days. Have many shows that are worth going to see. Most seats are in positions that you dont miss anything. Really a nice old time hall.

The extensively rennovated Weinberg Center for the Arts showcases talents of many kinds and we've seen probably six acts in the last 15 years. The most recent was a concert by the Outlaws, a southern rock band (Green Grass and High Tides Forever) who are still vibrant and sound good. The concert that night was loud and long. There were... The Weinberg offers an assortment of different venues. I like the old movies with the Wurlitzer Organ playing in the background!!!

Really makes a special night to enjoy a performance in an old fashion Historically attired theater . Good location to catch a meal at a nice restaurant downtown before a show . Parking is close by around the corner .

Good artists and shows and great nearby parking. We have been going here once or twice a year for many years to see a variety of events, including our granddaughter the Nutcracker Suite and pianist Jim Brickman a number of times. Also, downtown Frederick offers a lot of nice little restaurants.

We used to go there frequently during their season, but the last coupld of years they haven't offered anything we were interested in. A good sound system wouldn't go amoss.
