A very nice average sized children's museum. Lots of hands on exhibits. Our favorite thing was the "Super Gravitron" which has lots of plastic balls you can feed into different pneumatic tubes, ramps, etc that carry the balls into large overhead bin. This museum is really good for younger kids. I'm not sure kids over the age of 8 or 10 would find a lot to enjoy. My 3 boys are 5 and under so they had a great time. They spent a lot of time in the ball area. They also enjoyed the area with the fire truck, grocery store, water... More

I haven't been to a lot of Children's museums to compare with. It's fun, very educational, lots of activies, and clean. It's a fun day for the kids and a bit of a break for parent/guarding/relatives/chaperones :) You can easily spend several hours here. I would suggest kids be at LEAST 3 before you bring them.

This museum is great for little kids if you have an older child you'll probably want to find something else to do, but my younger children love it here. It's in downtown Omaha which can be kind of confusing to get around but it is near the Old Market.

Overall, the museum is a little small - but fun place. Friendly staff. The itty bitty city display they have right now is pretty awesome. Great location in downtown Omaha.

We visit the Children's Museum every week and my five year old son never gets tired of it. We just love the staff. The ball area is especially unique, I have seen many adults who are also playing there. :)

My children, ages 2 and 4, love the Children's Museum. It never gets old to them. There is always so much to do. They love playing dress up and pretending to shop at the store. Only complaint is the price - I wish they had a less expensive admission price for kids.
