Kona CC will close intire operation on June 7th. No golf, no food. It is a shame since the course was very playable and fairly priced.

Ocean course close, driving range closed, restaurant closed, staff unmotivated. Blind shots aplenty on the mountain course make sure you play with a local.

Golf options in Kona proper are limited so this is the only game in town. Our family just ate at the Kona Country Club on Alii Drive which is open to the public. We normally eat there at least once per stay and enjoy the food.
