I fell in love with the heights. So many visits to NYC and I had never stopped here. The Promenade is so beautiful and the view is outstanding. Love the parks they are working on at the water, can't wait to come back when they are finished with toses as well.

Loved walking through these neighborhoods looking at all the lovely brownstone buildings. Lots of places to eat and fabulous views of the East River and Manhattan too.

I visited on a warm spring day and enjoyed a sandwich just sat on a bench in the sunshine. Played ball with my children in the park and relaxed in the park. There are no street vendors or buskers or peddlers of any sort - a true place to relax and enjoy a great view of Manhattan.

I lived here for many years and still enjoy visiting. It is like home to come back and see the sites. The piers just keep getting better with all the new features.

Walking around feeling like your in one of those many movies you have seen only to finish the walk with a walk along the promenade!! The best part of brooklyn!!

This is a permanent exhibit at the museum by Judy Chicago and is like nothing you've seen before. I've seen it 3 times and took my husband on this trip. We were also amazed at the exhibit El Anatsui from Nigeria. Making art out of labels and the tops of cans. It is unbelievable.

There are several interesting churches to look at and older homes that take one back to the early part of the last century. Could not get inside the Unitarian Church to see the Tiffany windows but they look great from the outside.
