Chef Darin is the best. I loved the presentation and level of interaction. My wife and I had so much fun. We took part in the Low Country class and the food was awesome. Try it and you won't regret it. More

As a local, I attended "Stewing and Braising" and it was a wonderful mid-week treat! I got hands on experience and a wealth of knowledge in a beautiful and professional atmosphere. Best of all, at the end, I got a delicious meal with wine and dessert! I took what learned right back into my kitchen, including the recipes! I can't... More

I was the leader of 9 high school students on a food tour of the south, Chef Darin's class was the highlight for these students. They felt like the learned the most from him as well as had a great time. Thank you Chef Darin (and Chef Lenny) for taking the time and patience needed to make this class such... More

I attended with my husband as a surprise for our 5-year anniversary trip to Savannah. IT WAS AWESOME!! Chef Darin and Chef Lenny provided excellent information and cooking tips while teaching the class. We took the "Braising and Stewing Class" and learned different french culinary techniques in addition to "knife skills" tutorial. This may sound intimidating but it is not... More

If you have time, I would highly recommend this. It was a great evening, lots of laughs, learned a lot from Chef Darin and we dined very well. More

Chef Darien was a superior, patient, creative chef and teacher. Everyone (8) in the class participated in the cooking. Chef Lenny from Kessler Grand Canyon Ranch Resort assisted. I highly recommend this experience a part of your Savannah visit. The class is three hours and then we enjoyed eating what we made with a glass of wine. THIS WAS A... More

I recommend taking any or all of Chef Darin's classes. The one I attended was "Low Country Cuisine". I don't cook and really don't like to but I enjoy baking. The menu looked like it was going to be difficult but with Chef Darin's skills and experience, he made it look and feel so simple. He had all of us... More

This was our highlight of our trip. My husband was skeptical and attended as a good sport and surprisingly loved it as much as I. The food was delicious, and the techniques were highly informative and valuable. Low country cooking was the topic and it was an A++ event. More

Better than expected! We were in Savannah for three days and decided to attend the Low Country Cuisine cooking class with Chef Darin. It was a very amusing experience, 4 hours of fun where we learned a lot. We are now practising the recipes we learned. More
